The older white lady with the hair pulled to the back in a ponytail was extremely unpleasant and impatient with me due to my skin color (black) when I walked in for service. Over the phone I called 10 minutes prior to arriving about having a broken tennis bracelet that I wanted to sell and informed me bring it in we will buy it. When I arrived I rung the ring button 5 times after she kept looking at me through the door and not letting me into the store, once I was finally let into the store, she was helping an older white couple who were regulars seem to be. She was very rusty with me, "What do you have? We don't buy everything" in her voice. I said I called over the phone and you all said you would purchase a broken tennis bracelet. She took one glimpse at my bracelet and said no this is not an estate piece. NEXT TIME DONT JUDGE A BOOK BY ITS COVER, because I had plenty of high end pieces I wanted to sell. If you all need training on customer service I will be more than happy to train you all with my team and I for a FEE of course!

Mrs Natalie was one of the nicest people I’ve ever met , she was very polite, helpful and very insightful on helping us with the transaction we were there for. And her prices are the best , way above other companies I spoke to. I would do business with her and Atl gold buyers again.

Dealing with Natali today, I was given an amazing example of customer service and southern hospitality. The process was handled very promptly so I was just literally in and out. I would give more stars if it were an option.
